This is the bottom half of a red ‘baju kurung’, a loose tunic worn over a sarong, with a floral motif. It was donated by Mrs. Jaya Mohideen, who was Singapore’s Ambassador to Brussels, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Vatican. She is currently Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Finland. Mrs. Mohideen also runs an art gallery, Galerie Belvedere.
