This Louis Feraud pink drop-waist dress is decorated with polka dots and a panel of pleats at the hem. The dress was donated by Mrs. Jaya Mohideen, who was Singapore’s Ambassador to Brussels, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Vatican. She is currently Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Finland. Mrs. Mohideen also runs an art gallery, Galerie Belvedere.
