This purplish blue sleeveless wool cheongsam is embroidered with butterflies all over. The high collar and body hugging silhouette suggest that it is from the 1950s and 1960s. The owner, Christina Lee was married to Datok Loke Wan Tho from 1950 to 1962. She was a style icon remembered for cladding in cheongsam.
