This painting is of the Haveli mandira or temple of Krishna as Shrinathji. This iconography is popularly depicted on cloth and paper. The painting, besides being a topographical representation of the main haveli of Shrinathji in Nathadwara along with the other shrines, is also a record of the Annakuta festival celebrated within the temple complex. Annakuta is a festival of food, where 56 types of dishes are cooked and offered to Shrinathji.
