This propaganda leaflet was issued by the Malayan government and was targeted at Indian Communists. It states that Perumal, the leader of the Indian Communists, is a stooge of the Central Committee of the Malayan Communist Party and does not care for the welfare of Indian Communists under his charge. The leaflet urges remaining members to surrender immediately so that they can secure jobs and be reunited with their families.
