This bow tie belonged to the late father of Mr. Goh Eck Kheng. Born in Foochow, China, the former used to run a tailor shop near Bras Basah. Mr. Goh is the founder of Landmark Books Pte Ltd., one of Singapore’s leading independent publishers.
