This lidded octagonal jar with scalloped edge is decorated with foliaceous motifs. Similar decorations of foliage, stylised birds and reptiles appear on each of the eight sides of the body. Each facet of the jar’s foot is adorned with a stylised buffalo. This jar was used to store oil.
