These are the petition and the warrant to act concerning the administration of the estate of the deceased Neo Team Lock. The petition was filed by Tan Cheng Yeang of Malacca and Neo Liong Kim Neo, the wife of the deceased. They also issued a warrant to act on 29 April 1867, which authorized Mr Edwin Koek to act on their behalf.
