This is a pair of blue-coloured pants with cuffed hems. It is made of terylene, the popular trade name for a type of synthetic polyester fibre used in making clothes. The fabric used has a warm and slightly rough texture to the touch due to the worsted quality of the yarn used. Pockets are tailored at the side of the pants. It also features fly buttons instead of a zipper, reflecting the style of men’s pants in the mid 20th century.
