This is a black and white photograph featuring the preparatory committee member of the 100th anniversary celebration of Thong Chai Medical Institution. Thong Chai is a charity hospital which provides free Chinese medical treatment to all individuals regardless of race, religion, and nationality. The photograph was taken in front of the old Thong Chai Building located at 50 Eu Tong Sen Street (formerly 3 Wayang Street).
