This is a certificate of thanks issued by the PAP Jalan Kayu branch for Mr Cheng Choon Eng’s contribution of $10 to their building fund. At the time, Mr Cheng was a resident of the Serangoon Gardens area, having moved there with his family from Tiong Bahru during the war.
