Red plastic stools

This bold red stool is possibly a local interpretation of the Tam Tam stool designed by French designer, Henri Massonnet (1922 - 2005) as it shares a similar form with Tam Tam. Its bright red colour, unconventional form and its use of moulded plastic are in sync with the vibes of the Swinging Sixties, a period when bright colours, psychedelia, imaginative forms and new materials dominated in design.
