Incorporated in 1908, the Great Eastern Life Assurance Company is the oldest locally established life insurance company in Singapore. The Company’s offices were first located at Winchester House before shifting to its own premises, the Great Eastern Life Building, in 1931. Located at Cecil Street, the iconic building is synonymous with the firm and is often employed as a symbol in the Company’s advertisements.
