The British Armed Forces Special Vouchers (BAFSV) were first issued in 1946 and were only for use in the Navy, Army, Air Force Institute (NAAFI) outlets in British occupied areas. Six series of BAFSV were issued from 1946 to 1972. This one pound special voucher is from the fourth series.
