A wedding photo album belonging to Quah Chin Siong, Danny, and his wife Soh Beow Seng, Nancy, who tied the knot at their Katong family home on 4 Walton Road in 1975. Quah Chin Siong is a grandson of the late Quah Chin Lai (柯进来,1892-1990), a prominent Hokkien Chinese metal and machinery hardware tycoon and philanthropist, who had contributed greatly to Chinese tertiary education and the development of Singapore’s manufacturing industry in the 1930s to 50s.
