This summons to appear before a magistrate was issued in 1973 to a resident living on State land at Kampong Teck Hock, a kampong located in the area of the current Defu Industrial Estate and Paya Lebar Airbase. Defu Industrial Estate, originally known as Teck Hock Industrial Estate, derives its name from this kampong.
