This photo shows soldiers from the 1st Battalion, Singapore Infantry Regiment on exercise in the jungle. The donor, Mr Hong Hong Seng Mak (left), joined the battalion when it was first formed in 1957, and was made a Corporal in charge of a section in 1960, around the time this photo was taken.
