This set of 4 British World War II medals were awarded to Mr Lall Singh, a Police Constable who served with the Sikh Contingent in Singapore from 1931 to 1946, when the Sikh Contingent was disbanded. It consists of (from left to right) The 1939-1945 Star, The Pacific Star (awarded to Straits Settlements police for service from 8 Dec 1941 to 15 Feb 1942), The Defence Medal 1939-1945 and the War Medal 1939-1945.
