This Eastman Color transparency shows boats on a river in Terengganu, Malaya. Traditional Malay houses built on stilts above the water can be seen in the background. An accompanying leaflet in the box of colour transparencies in which this one was kept describes this photograph as “River boats of Trengganu”.Eastman Color was a range of films developed by the Eastman Kodak Company in the 1950s.
