Fuxing (Renaissance) Series for upper Secondary- Geometry Textbook (复兴高级中学教科书平面几何学)

Distributed by The Commercial Press (商务印书馆) in Singapore, this geometry textbook was used by upper secondary school students from Chinese-medium schools in Singapore.Primary school students would start their mathematics syllabus with Abacus, followed by Arithmetic. By secondary school, they would use textbooks such as Algebra and Geometry.The Commercial Press was established in 1897 and was China’s first modern press. The Singapore branch was opened in 1915. The Commercial Press and Chung Hwa Book Company dominated the local textbook market with their Chinese textbooks and later produced textbooks for the local students.
