This photograph shows the podium and tower architecture of Rochor Centre, completed by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) in 1977. The towers - Block 1 (green), Block 2 (blue) and Block 3 (yellow) - can be seen in the background, rising above the podium - bottom three storeys of shops - in the foreground. Rochor Centre was demolished in 2018 to make way for the new North-South Corridor expressway.
