This photographs is an aerial plan view of Housing and Development (HDB) Blocks 56, 58, 59, 60 and 62 (from left) on Commonwealth Drive, situated near the former Tanglin Halt Industrial Estate, which housed light and medium industries and moved out in the late 1980s. The blocks are among the 31 blocks in the Tanglin Halt housing estate which are slated to be torn down under the Selective En-bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS), the biggest to date at the point of its announcement in 2014.
