This is a line drawing of the Chesed-El Synagogue in Singapore by Ben Kloezeman. Kloezeman, a former art director of Dutch-Indonesian descent at advertising firm Mccann-Erickson, was known for his fine line drawing technique. Following his retirement in the mid-1970s, he pursued a career as a freelance artist and designer, creating a series of art inspired by buildings and scenes in Singapore — of which this drawing is one.
