This Hi-Fresh cooler is an example of the toys manufactured in Singapore by Blue Box Factory Ltd. Blue Box was founded in 1952 by Hong Kong entrepreneur Peter Chan, specialising in plastic toys and bottles for industrial use. In May 1968, Blue Box opened Singapore’s first toy factory at Kallang Industrial Estate. Blue Box Factory carried on its operations in Singapore till 2003.
