The Reverend Thomas Raffles (1788 to 1863) was an independent congregational minister at Liverpool. He was Sir Stamford Raffles's first cousin, and the two corresponded regularly. This print features Thomas Raffles in his early twenties, and was published in the July 1812 issue of the London-based Evangelical Magazine.
