The 1st Singapore Grand Prix was held in 1966, held at Sembawang. The 3rd Singapore Grand Prix, organised by the Ministry of Social Affairs, was held at the same circuit, and was won by Garrie Cooper driving an Elfin-Ford. Winner of the previous race, Singaporean Rodney Seow, was forced to retire after 20 laps. This souvenir programme booklet was sold at the event for $1.
