The Shackle Club was a recreational club for British servicemen run by the Navy, Army, and Air Force Institutes/Expeditionary Forces Institutes (NAAFI/EFI). After World War II, the Shackle Club was temporarily located at the John Little’s building at Raffles Place before it moved to the former fleet canteen at Beach Road in July 1947.
