This photograph depicts the 9th batch of committee members for Singapore Soon Clan Association. Soon Peng Yam (孙炳炎) and Sng Choon Yee (孙崇瑜) founded the association with Sun Ya Du (孙亚度) (not in photograph) in 1941. Soon Peng Yam was the first president.
