This pair of bridal ‘samfoo’ outer garment loose-fitting pants is part of a set that includes a matching mandarin-collar blouse.The donor, Mdm. Liong Tsing Ju is a Pu-Tian Fujianese who was married in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, on 8 May 1950. She settled down in Singapore with her husband and children in 1961.
