This ankle length cheongsam with medallion and paisley motif all over is typical of the late 1930s and early 1940s style. It is slim cut with press studs at the side. It has a low collar that is decorated with flower buttons that are designed like the motifs on the fabric. The double piping helps to accentuate the slim figure of the wearer.
