This is one of the five stamps issued as a set by Singapore Post on 19 July 2006 to commemorate the centennial celebrations of the Singapore Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI). The stamps feature a traditional Chinese fan design. This 80-cent stamp features the logo of the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention (WCEC), a testimony of SCCCI’s efforts in creating a global Chinese business network.
