This is one of the five stamps issued as a set by Singapore Post on 19 July 2006 to commemorate the centennial celebrations of the Singapore Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI). The stamps feature a traditional Chinese fan design. This 1st local stamp features the SCCCI building along Hill Street.
