This is a letter dated 24 June 1911 from the Attorney General of the Straits Settlements, Thomas de Multon Lee Braddell (signed as T. de M. Braddell), to Cornelis Adrian Bergsma, concerning Bergsma's petition for admission as a solicitor and advocate to the Supreme Court of the Straits Settlements.
