This handmade, earthenware pot has a tall, flared mouth and a round bottom. It is decorated with red slip- painted spiral patterns consisting of broad lines interspersed with fine lines.The site of Ban Chiang was first discovered in 1957. Pottery was found with skeletal remains, glass beads as well as iron and bronze bracelets.
