The excavations of burial sites in Thailand uncovered a previously unknown and aesthetically distinctive pottery tradition. Pottery was found with skeletal remains, glass beads as well as iron and bronze bracelets, demonstrating an elegance, sophistication and attention to decorative detail that exceed mere utilitarian needs.
