The slogans painted on this plaque and another (see 1997-04869) urge the masses to “Continue revolution till its end” and to “Never forget class struggle”. In both plaques, the agitators of the revolution are PLA soldiers. The small characters on the plaques indicate that they were respectively made by an art research institute and an art porcelain factory, probably as a display of loyalty to Mao and the revolution.
