Warrant to act issued by Chan Tong Meng

This is a warrant to act issued by Chan Tong Meng on 10 November 1863 concerning the estate of Chan Yeo Buan. The letters of administration for the estate were granted to the petitioner Chan Tong Meng on 2 December 1863.
