This is a letter dated 20 September 1920 from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of the Straits Settlements in Penang to the Registrar of the Supreme Court in Singapore, concerning the recording of the name of Thomas Francis Monks in the Roll of Solicitors after his admission to the Supreme Court.
