These are the indenture of statutory mortgage and quit-rent receipt concerning the transaction between Lim Cheng Soon of No. 33 McCallum Street Singapore (mortgagor) and a timber merchant, Tan Soey of No. 173 Beach Road Singapore (mortgagee).
