Metal lid used in the preparation of 'kueh tutu'

‘Kueh tutu’ (steamed rice flour cake) is a local snack. It got its name from the sound made by horns used by hawkers to attract customers. Rice flour was steamed in hand-made tin moulds to make the ‘kueh’. Metal lids were used to cover the steamer while the ‘kueh’ (cake) was being steamed.
