This postcard shows a view of Coleman Street from the junction of Hill Street. The street was named after G.D. Coleman, the first architect in Singapore, who also designed the first St Andrew’s Cathedral. Peninsula Plaza and the Peninsula Excelsior Hotel are housed along this street today.
