This is a page from an illustration to the text of Rasikapriya by Keshavadas who lived around late 16th century. This painting probably comes from Mewar and was painted in the late 18th century. One can see a nayaka and nayika (hero-heroine) playing with coloured water to celebrate the festival of holi that falls in the month of Phagun (February-March).
