This celadon jarlet of squat form has two ring handles on the shoulders, a bulbous body and a raised foot left unglazed. This type of wares was exported into Southeast Asia from the Southern Song period (1127-1279) through to the Yuan (1279-1368) and early Ming dynasties. They were used as utility wares and for burials.
