This is a pink mattress runner with a beaded panel at the bottom. Several animal and flower motifs form the decorative patterns on the beaded panel and a line of triangular shapes hang further below. The mattress runner was attached to the sides of the mattress that were visible and was one of the pieces used to decorate the bridal bed and bridal chamber.
