A Lisu women's outfit consists of a tunic, apron, pants or leggings and a sash with tassels such as this one. This pair of tassels has multicoloured strips of cloth sewn with colourful pompoms at the end. The strands in these tassels can vary from as many as 100 to 250 on each side.
