Centred on the theme, “Getting to Know You”, the Neighbourhood Story-Collection is the anchor initiative of the first year of HAN@Punggol. As part of HAN@Punggol’s community heritage journey, this initiative will introduce HAN to Punggol’s residents and spark meaningful connections with the community.

HAN Heritage Champions will make their way through the HDB estates of Punggol, and through door-to-door visits, to invite households to have their portraits drawn or photographed. The initiative explores a novel mode of building relationships with communities and creates a platform for conversations. The stories and portraits collected will be displayed in an exhibition as part of HAN@Punggol’s Community Day in March 2026.
