MINT (Moment of Imagination and Nostalgia with Toys) Museum of Toys is the world's first purpose-built museum for toys, and opened its door to the public in May 2006. It was officially launched on 5 March 2007.

It is considered to be the largest collection of its kind within Southeast Asia’s only museum of toys, with a toy and childhood memorabilia, from more than forty countries, including Singapore collection that dates back to mid-nineteenth century. The World’s first purpose-built museum for toys and Mint Museum of Toys has clinched 3 international architectural awards.

"Mint”, represents the perfect or mint condition of the toys exhibits here at the museum as well. The museum is to reach out to the child in every one of us, giving visitors an emotional link to their childhood, one which has often been long forgotten.
