This t-shirt from the World Toilet Organization (WTO) promotes the UN World Toilet Day on its front and highlights the urgency of the global sanitation crisis using a witty slogan and eye-catching image on its back. The WTO was founded by Singaporean entrepreneur Jack Sim in 2001 to improve global sanitation conditions. His decision to focus on toilets and sanitation was driven by the recognition that poor sanitation affects billions of people worldwide, yet this remains a taboo subject that receives insufficient attention from governments and international organisations. Through the WTO and Restroom Association (Singapore) that he also founded, Sim has worked tirelessly to break the silence around toilet issues using humour and advocating for improved sanitation as a fundamental human right. His advocacy led Singapore to table the "Sanitation for All" resolution at the UN in July 2013, which was unanimously adopted by all 193 member states, establishing 19 November as UN World Toilet Day.
