This is the menu from the Golden Phoenix Chinese Restaurant (金凤楼). The restaurant was one of five restaurants in Hotel Equatorial in 1969. In an advertisement published in 1971, the restaurant dubbed itself as a place where one could enjoy ‘feasts fit for emperors’.
