The Volvo Supertennis Championships were held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 27 September 1990, and was reported to be the first tournament of such a magnitude to be organised at the venue. Stefan Edberg, then-World No. 1 tennis champion, as well as tennis star Michael Chang, are illustrated on the front cover of this commemorative booklet. Other tennis professionals headlining the tournament were Kelly Jones and Michael Ho. This publication was collected by Rachel Siow, the daughter of Straits Times sports journalist Peter Siow.
